The Preuss Foundation, Inc.

The Preuss Foundation Annual Awards

The third goal of the foundation is to encourage scientists to enter the field of brain tumor research. In order to facilitate this important activity, the foundation gives annual awards to scientific institutions that enable neurosurgeons and other associated specialists to attend conferences and make research presentations to their peers.

The Preuss Foundation Award for Excellence in neuro-surgical research is given to an outstanding neuro-surgical resident at each of the annual meeting of The American Association of Neurological Surgeons (CNS). The AANS and CNS recommend the recipient institutions and scientists.
